May is approaching fast and I admit I have not been doing too much running. I went to physio therapy to make sure I’m not having joint problems…. my hips have been so sore everytime I try running, and even when I’m not running. I got the okay to run though… with increased stretching and a walk run program.
I am a bit nervous because I know that every day I go to work and stand for most of the day… so I will need to find my second wind everyday. Wish me luck in this upcoming marathon! I am hoping to get into better shape as well as raise funds!
Any running or stretching tips would be much appreciated . I will keep you up to date. Last year I was able to raise 610 dollars and thank all my great friends, family and supporters.
