I wanted to share my video on getting children more physically active and getting outside safely. We all need some joy and laughter after continuous struggles, difficult challenges as well as loss. There are numerous things we can do to fight COVID19 because it has taken so much of our wellbeing away. Getting vaccinated is an important and much needed step.
